Upon approval, we’ll work closely with you and the design team to develop plans for your new home. Beginning with an initial design meeting, we’ll explore any conceptual ideas you may have and initiate the creation of the initial floor plans. If you already have a specific design team or architect in mind, we’ll arrange a meeting to discuss how we can effectively support the design process for your new home.
When you’re ready to begin, you’ll sign a Construction Contract for your new home, followed by our application for the Building Permit.
